Short Pro-tip List:

  • Green combats red
    • Use green primer, wear green clothes, etc
  • Protect your body from the cold as much as possible– Layer!
  • Carry around a mini lotion bottle always and use it frequently 
  • Check out my favorite eczema products
  • When showering, don’t put your eczema directly in the water
  • Don’t over-wash your hands (If you have eczema on them, the water will irritate it)
  • Make your skin the priority

6 Sunburn Remedies 

Usually I don’t burn when I get sun (thank you genetics) but every once in a while (like yesterday when I spent like literally 5 hours at the pool) I’ll burn a bit. My baby sis’ on the other hand, BURNS like a redhead. These remedies are some things I have used on us recently or methods I have used in the past! Coffee-Coconut Oil Scrub for Cellulite and Exfoliation 

This is so simple it’s ridiculous. Simply mix together 2 parts coconut oil to 1 part coffee. So, if you mix 2 cups of coconut oil and 1 cup of coffee, it’ll do the trick!

Chronic Migraines: How to Treat them

I’ve been wanting to make a blog post about this since I’ve started blogging, but I wanted to make sure that I had a great list full of different options and explanations before I did. Due to my chronic migraines coming back in full swing since the small break they gave me, that list has been made.
