Eczema Sucks– 5 Easy Solutions

I’ve been STRUGGLING with disgusting, splotchy patches on my arms, legs, neck, face, EVERYWHERE, etc. since birth. I’m going to list and explain methods that have worked for me. As you all know, I’m broke, so of course they should be in your price range.

Oatmeal Baths

My parents used to give me oatmeal baths as a child to soothe my eczema and it sure did work. I suggest purchasing a big tub of oats opposed to individual oatmeal packets.

Silver Solution Antimicrobial Gel

My best friend gave me this in attempt to at least stop the itchiness of my eczema, and honestly, I don’t know why, but it’s working.

Aveeno Skin Relief Body Wash

My boyfriend gave me this and it really helped heal the eczema on my neck, but not my arms.

Cetaphil Eczema Calming Body Wash

Cetaphil has been my go-to for combating eczema since forever. I even (ATTEMPTED TO) use this as a bubble bath soap… There weren’t many bubbles and it looked weird in the tub but it helped.

Aveeno Active Naturals Eczema Therapy Moisturizing Cream

I used this in high school to keep my skin in check. Helps with itching and redness.
